When was the last time you did something for yourself? If you're like many other women I speak to, you work way too much, have many other responsibilities and rarely stop to think about what you [your mind, body and soul] needs to maintain harmony in your life.
This retreat is an opportunity for you to just "be!" For you to truly unplug, relax, share ideas, thoughts and get unbiased, non-judging feedback. Remember when you were in grade school and you use to go to sleep overs? You would stay up all night telling stories, eating junk food and playing games. Think of this retreat as that sleep over! It's all about you. No responsibilities, no cell phones, no texting - it's about you taking time for you.
Isn't it time you put yourself first? Taking this time to focus on you will give you that renewed energy, focus and increased determination you need to grow your business, move up on the corporate ladder or just to better handle that everyday stress.

POST COVID - Retreat
COVID has truly taken a toll on everyone. We've all had some level of experience or exposure to the devastation it has caused. Whether it's lifestyle, a loved one or yourself getting COVID or a business that suffered due to the restrictions... it has touched each of us in some fashion. That's why I think it is important as more and more people are being vaccinated and ready to get back to some level of normalcy, to look at hosting our first retreat in nearly 2 years.
In hoping to gauge interest, please respond on our FB post, or email us your interest. We will follow all State / CDC guidelines at the time of the retreat and limit the number of participants. In fact the location we're looking at will only accommodate 6 - 8 people.
